László Katus When I decided to start my own company, I wanted to create a business to share my 20-year multifunctional and multinational experience and knowledge as a business leader with the leaders of Hungarian firms. I have a chemical engineer and an economist degree, I have also obtained a mini MBA, i.e.: I did the London Business School's boarding Advanced Development Program for Leaders. At the start of my career I worked in different technical positions in Kőbánya Breweries (production technologist, Plant manager, Head of Engineering), then I became the Director of the Kanizsa Brewery. After closing down this factory, the newly formed Dreher Breweries plc. trusted me with the challenge as Director of Logistics, and I'd held this job for 4 years. During this period we have completely rebuilt the whole supply chain division. After the merge of Logistics and Sales areas of the company, I was appointed to Director of Sales and Supply Chain. I fulfilled this position for 5 years. In 2005 I joined the coffee and tea business, I became the Managing Director of Sara Lee Coffee & Tea plc. As such, I was responsible for Hungary and Austria (Santora Gmbh.) In the course of the past twenty years I have participated in and lead many sizeable projects, such as privatisation, reorganisation of the full supply chain, factory closing, merger of two key business areas: sales and logistics, launch and later upgrade of SAP, launch of CRM, due diligence of a firm pre-acquisition, etc. My objective is to use my leadership experiences, professional knowledge and trainer skills for the benefit of our Clients and Business Partners. |
